Hey, I’m Kula, the filmmaker behind ProducedByKula.

I’m a videographer based in Utah and specialize in creating cinematic wedding films that feel as real and emotional as the day itself. My journey with filmmaking started back in 2020 during COVID, when I began recording little moments on my iPhone and posting them to YouTube. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a real passion for storytelling through video.

After a few years of vlogging and upgrading my gear, I filmed my sister’s wedding in March 2024, my first-ever wedding video. I had no idea how much I’d love it, but that experience changed everything. Soon after, I started booking couples and haven’t stopped filming weddings since.

On a more personal note, I recently got married to my beautiful wife, Dacia, in June 2024. We actually met while serving church missions in Hawaii. Now that I’ve experienced a wedding from both behind and in front of the camera, I understand even more how meaningful those moments truly are.

My goal with every film is simple: to help couples relive their day in the most authentic, cinematic way possible. From emotional vows to wild dance-floor moments, I want your film to feel alive… just like it did in the moment.

When I’m not filming, you can usually find me hanging out with Dacia, trying new food spots, keeping up on my favorite sports teams (Go Lakers and Niners!), watching movies, playing video games, exploring somewhere in Utah, traveling around the world, or editing with a good playlist on repeat.
